Starting Points exhibition

Following a recent trip to Florence, I have been concentrating on the shapes of the vaulted ceilings and the decorative mouldings surrounding the different sections.

My initial drawing studies involved changing scale and from this large image, I intend to develop areas for smaller designs to execute in Batik. This work is on-going and other pieces in different media may develop.
